How she became the name to reckon Rekha Adhvaryu is a social entrepreneur of great repute. She is the Founder & Managing Trustee of “Utkarsh Trust”. Utkarsh Charitable Trust is a registered, non-profit organization, established to support women who wish to meet their full potential in life, but who needs a helping hand. Their mission is to assist women in getting education or training and resources they need for career development. ‘Utkarsh’ promotes self-sufficiency and self-improvement. They try to establish women’s identity in society through organizing exhibitions.

Under the able stewardship of Rekha Adhwaryu, Utkarsh Trust has been involved in innumerable activities and events since 1999. Large list of their activities include Women Empowerment, Awareness Programes, Entrepreneurship Programs, Skill Development Programs, Seminars & Workshops, Exhibitions, Field Trips, Girl Education– to make the better society- to reduce the ignorance and increased social education to seen happiness, Group Marriages, Medical Camps, etc.

Rekha started her journey from the NSS Camp during her college days and discovered that she had in-built passion to serve the society. It was this passion that motivated her to actively participate and contribute in many difference social services.Projects on hand in Girl Education.

In 2015 Awarded by “RAISING STAR” Women entrepreneur of Gujarat published by Gujarat Chambers of Commerce & Industries, Business Women wing.
Rekha is privileged to have been felicitated with” Real Diamond of Gujarat Award for Women Development’ by AIDS Newsline-2013.
She has also secured as many as 3 Awards for her work of Women Esteem from Lions Clubs International-2007-08.
