Women’s employment not only has a positive effect on their own quality of life but also significantly improves the living standard of the entire household. Drawing women into the labor force by imparting necessary skill training is important for the country which also enhances their knowledge and understanding of nutrition and health.

In India, education has been identified in literature as one of the important factors restricting female employment. “Beti Bachao & Beti Padhao” could not be succeed until her mother would not become skilled and self-sustained. Then only a mother can realize and motivate her girl child to study.

There are many villages across India where people are not allowing her wife and other ladies to work outside home, so that’s why we have introduced House-hold projects ( Work & Earn from Home policy) in which our volunteers and faculties go to their place and teach them different products like stitching, embroidery work, computer related courses, beautician courses and more.

Secondly, we arrange Vendor development programs which enhance their representative skills and more and also arrange business to buyers / sellers. Initially, we help them in buying raw materials and machineries and also arrange access program by which we connect them with buyers.
